User-Friendly Interface

Users value a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate. They want a platform that is intuitive, making it simple for both new and experienced users to access and utilize the training materials.

Integration and Compatibility

Customers seek integration capabilities with other tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Teams. They want training solutions that seamlessly fit into their existing workflow and technology stack.

Customization and Flexibility

Users desire the ability to customize and tailor training modules to meet the specific needs of their organization. They also appreciate flexibility in the duration and format of training content, allowing employees to learn at their own pace.








Solution

To boost user engagement with BrainStorm's software adoption platform and help individuals and organizations make the most of their software, I've taken several key actions. Drawing on my UX expertise, I streamlined our design processes, incorporated user personas, and employed multiple research methods. I created interactive prototypes, enhanced graphical mockups, and crafted email campaigns to boost cybersecurity awareness while refining our platform's user interface for a more engaging experience. Through our "Gating" system we significantly cut down on revisions, allowing for quicker improvements. Additionally, I was mentoring our junior designers to maintain our user-centric focus, branding, and ensure BrainStorm's platform remains user-friendly and engaging.
