Problem
What improvements can be made to Cognizant's digital interfaces to ensure they align with the company's mission of modernizing technology and improving daily life for users?

Customers require robust security measures to protect their data and sensitive information, especially when adopting cloud solutions.

Customers seek solutions that can scale seamlessly to accommodate growth and changing business demands, especially in cloud environments.
User-Friendly Interface
Customers value software with user-friendly interfaces that enhance accessibility and usability, making it easier for their teams to adopt and use effectively.

Customers often need software solutions that can be customized to meet their specific business needs and adapt to their unique workflows.





Solution
My role at Cognizant involved designing a large-scale design system with over 100 flexible components to streamline product development. I leveraged A/B testing, job shadowing, and usability testing to gather valuable user feedback. In total, I created 200+ wireframes for A/B and usability testing sessions with stakeholders.
Collaboration was a key part of my role as I communicated with 5 onshore teams and 3 offshore development teams, dedicating 50% of my time to enhancing product development efficiency. Additionally, I led the transition to Sketch Cloud, resulting in annual cost savings of $1,000.
I also played a pivotal role in a UI redesign initiative, which not only improved the user experience but also saved 1000 hours of product maintenance. Moreover, I contributed to making the app WCAG2 compliant, opening up two new target markets for our product.
One of my notable achievements was championing the implementation of a new keyboard navigation system to better serve our base users, demonstrating my commitment to accessibility and inclusivity in design.
